11 Reasons To Interrupt Ongoing Consulting Engagements And Walk Away From Them

Last month we discussed when to walk away from consulting opportunities. I thought it was an important topic because far too many consultants take on work entirely for financial reasons.

And since they can’t put their hearts and souls into their engagements, they can’t enjoy the work.

Yes, they may make good money, but the psychological satisfaction is missing. But walking away from an opportunity is fairly easy in comparison to walking away from an ongoing engagement, especially if you’ve received a hefty down payment.

So, this month we’ll look into when to walk away from engagements that you’ve already started, but somehow they’ve turned sour. And this is what we discuss in this month's brain-fryingly exciting episode of Commando Consulting, entitled, 11 Reasons To Interrupt Ongoing Consulting Engagements And Walk Away From Them.

Enjoy!
